Power partly restored on East Coast; Twitter users rejoice, mourn

Twitchy told you yesterday about the violent storms on the East Coast that left at least 9 dead and millions without power.

In the wee hours of Saturday night and early Sunday morning, storm victims tweeted their relief and excitement as the lights came back on in their various neighborhoods:
